Board of Director Change AgroMicron, Ltd. today has formally announce that its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Richard Venturini has voluntarily stepped down from his post. Mr. Venturini stated in a privately held board meeting today, " I have appointed Mr. John MacGill as my successor for the position of CEO for AgroMicron, Ltd. After careful consideration in regards to my health and other obligations, I felt it was time to give myself a well deserved rest." Mr. Venturini has accepted the position as Chairman Of The Board and Mr. John MacGill now assumes the company's position as Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. " I strongly feel that my choice in this matter will benefit the company and shareholders going forward. I could not have chosen a more capable and competent man for the job." Board Director Change The AgroMicron, Ltd. Board of Directors (BOD) has recently elected Frank M. Soto as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This board decision came about after weeks of deliberation as to who would replace Mr. Michael Lieferman for the post. CEO, Mr. Richard Venturini commented: "Mr. Soto brings to AgroMicron, Ltd. a wealth of education and resources needed at this particular time. New Division Announcement
AgroMicron, Ltd. BOD has recently created a new division within the company by the name of AgroCarbon (pending Trademark). This new division is specifically designed to work along side of AgroMicron's Global Reforestation Initiative. AgroMicron receives numerous queries every week to provide assistance to governments, corporations and individuals to either purchase or place Carbon Credits (CC) in various trading indexes worldwide. AgroMicron Acquires New Technology AgroMicron, Ltd. has recently negotiated a contract for a Biomedical Technological Support System that can track incidences of H5N1 Avian Flu, SARS, or BSE, in real time uplink reporting to a major Global Networks linked to the World Health Organization (WHO), the Center for Disease Control (CDC), Atlanta, and local authorities. The tracking system is currently being adopted throughout Southeast Asia to rapidly send information to assist in their information databases for global response organizations.
